All of our items are handmade by artisans. We usually ship items within 4 business days, but if an item is out of stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship as it is manufactured after the order is placed.

Our store is available in Japanese and English. Please click the language switch button at the bottom of the screen to switch them.
How to order
- Add items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item page. - You can check the items of your cart by clicking the "Cart" button on the upper right corner of the screen.
- If you change the number of items in your cart, please be sure to click the "Update Cart" button.
Please note that just changing the quantity does not be updated the number of items.
About payment
Credit card paymentVisa and master card are available.
Bank Deposit
Only available from domestic bank accounts.
Please pay the total amount and transfer fee to our bank account within 1 week of purchase.
The account information is described in the "Request for payment" email delivered after purchase.
COD
Only available for domestic shipping.
The following cash on delivery fee will be charged for use.
Please pay the delivery person when the item is delivered.

| About "sold out" items
Even if an item is temporarily "sold out", with the exception of a few products, it will be produced again and available for purchase as soon as it is ready.
If you wish to purchase an item that is sold out, please let us know.
Normally, we can produce the item in about 2 weeks, but during the busy season, you may have to wait longer than that, so please contact us well in advance.
About returns and exchanges
| Conditions for returns and exchangesWe only accept returns for initial defects, misdelivery, and damage during shipping.
Please note that we cannot accept the following cases.
- Products that are more than 8 days old after arrival.
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
- Products whose boxes or accessories have been defaced, damaged, lost, or destroyed.
- Products that have been shipped overseas.
- Products that have been gift-wrapped
- For customer convenience (wrong size, wrong color, wrong image, wrong order, etc.)
| How to returns or exchanges
If there is a problem with the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
In this case, we will bear all shipping and handling charges for the return or exchange.

Please contact us in advance and send the item to us by cash on delivery.
If you wish to exchange the item, we will send you a new item after we receive it.
(As a general rule, the exchange must be for the same item.)

We will cancel the transaction through your credit card company.
If you are billed once due to the timing of the procedure, we will refund you through your credit card company.
- For purchases made by bank transfer or cash on delivery
