How to order

About payment

Credit card payment
Visa and master card are available.

Bank Deposit
Only available from domestic bank accounts.
Please pay the total amount and transfer fee to our bank account within 1 week of purchase.
The account information is described in the "Request for payment" email delivered after purchase.

COD
Only available for domestic shipping. 
The following cash on delivery fee will be charged for use. 
Please pay the delivery person when the item is delivered.

About stock

As our online store and our brick-and-mortar store share stocks, the actual number of items in stock may differ depending on the timing.

| About "sold out" products

Even if an item is temporarily "sold out", with the exception of a few products, it will be produced again and available for purchase as soon as it is ready.
If you want an item that is sold out, please let us know and we will be able to make it for you, usually taking about two weeks.

About returns and exchanges

We only accept returns for initial defects, misdelivery, and damage during shipping.

Please note that we cannot accept the following cases.

- Products whose boxes or accessories have been defaced, damaged, lost, or destroyed.

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
In this case, we will bear all shipping and handling charges for the return or exchange.
